Steak was under cooked but they fixed it right away. Overall though, we had a wonderful time!

The food was delicious and right on time. The Manager was very nice and quickly connected us to a new server. Keith was a great server, and made sure our anniversary was celebrated eloquently. Very attentive! Keep in mind, valet parking for Steak 48 is $16 for 3 hours! Filet was pretty good I am told, cold lobster app average, calamari average, and when we asked about caviar with the first server - he didn’t know anything about the purveyor or type of fish/region - we found out through manager - it was a pretty blah purveyor with questionable origin for the price of Petrossian’s top Osetras.

How is Steak 48 - Houston restaurant rated?

We didn’t check before leaving the restaurant as everything was sealed. Our server Dannon was awesome and very attentive. Food was good - some of it not outstanding to warrant the price tags ... the recommendation of the Special Ribeye over the bone-in - I was not told this would be off the bone and also SLICED. This was our 1st visit.

Very informative and made the experience very delightful. It was a great time! Date night. Now you don’t have to tip a valet driver on top of tipping your server! Everything was great.

Definitely will be returning. smoked sea salt - truffle butter - chive cream cheese sauce, celtic sea salt - truffle oil - shaved parmesan, lemon butter - romano - tillamook cheddar, sautéed - olive oil - sea salt - cracked pepper, chopped spinach - smoked garlic - artichoke hearts - sweet cream, seasonal variety - garlic - parsley - thyme, vanilla tempura - sea salt - cracked black pepper - tomato hollandaise, sautéed - olive oil - sea salt - shaved parmesan. Thanks for a wonderful evening! The warm parmesan pull-apart bread is fantastic, the steaks are excellent and perfectly done, and the sides, especially the mac and cheese, are wonderful. The au grain potatoes and corn brulee are must haves.

Restaurant was very nice waiter and staff were very friendly and helpful with it being our first time at the restaurant. The food was amazing and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. And it is very consistent each time I visit. Food was delicious and the outstanding atmosphere. It was not great but pushed by waiter.

Inside, you will instantly notice their wine vault that contains 3,000 different bottles! The food was excellent and the service was awesome. All in all, lovely table and manager - will go back, but some areas to improve. I will be definitely going back soon!
