Now I understand the H10 Hotel in Berlin is listed as a 4 Stars property on Booking.com and this is why I booked it in the first place BUT ARE YOU SURE THAT THIS HOTEL DESERVES THIS RATING?!! The air conditioning is ONLY WORKING IN FAN MODE (it just pushes around the existing air in the room) IT DOES NOT WORK IN HEATING MODE so you cannot set the room temperature 4.
