My God...knowing that we are all a little less fortunate dealing with them in the first place but they still take advantage. I let it go to the next month when it was due only to have the system not auto pay the amount because it was smaller then monthly payment previously made so they never received the payment and waited till i was over due and looking for my title before i found this out and the system still would not let me make the payment so i had to do it buy phone. Never had any calls or anything sent in the mail about there being an issue with my account. I even got jammed up for using two cards to pay my note in full.
I'm paying for the SUV and minivan. Regardless of who you deal with, the best you're ever going to get is treated like a meaningless number to them. We declined their offer and looked around more and was offered a 5% interest rate elsewhere! So, what they do on this side is ask questions to see “IF YOU CAN QUALIFY” for the assistance because not all people do & they decide that.

This company is ridiculous.Day 2: We called in on a 3-way call, the representative was asking all the same questions that should have been documented yesterday. Didn’t matter. A month later at midnight I hear noise outside my house I look out the window and low and behold my car is being repossessed, never got a letter or call saying that my vehicle was in repossession status, in fact several agents told me as long as I was making a payment I was ok. My uncle was visiting and asked to borrow my moms car to go see a friend of his, somehow they knew the location of the car and went and picked it up, leaving my uncle stranded, my mom had no idea her car was in repossession status. I will not longer be making the deal with Chrysler, I cant afford the headache, dealing with them is not worth it. I advised him I have never heard of such a thing in my life to be able to use financial assistance. ITS THE MOST DANGEROUS VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED! We our still dealing with a total loss since March and it is now June. I advised her, I made a call yesterday & these questions you are asking were already answered. My second letter I submitted I am requesting a detailed statement of my payments with the company basically outing thier reporting are accurate as what they are reporting is truly inaccurate.At this point I'm simply perplexed how my credit is being destroyed for inaccurate information. Minus that star, I had to come on here after my terrible experience with them just to see if anyone else has had an experience similar to mines.
